[Overview] We all want to have a life experience that is fulfilling and rewarding, but we often find ourselves settling for less. Although such a situation is common, it is not necessary.

[Biography] Andrew LeFave has 25 years of experience working in, or consulting to, Fortune 100 companies including Dell Inc., Sony Microelectronics, Johnson & Johnson, and Motorola. He consults primarily in the areas of managerial effectiveness and building interpersonal skills to support team and organizational productivity.

He has led or participated in numerous leadership development projects and was a charter member of the Dell Coaching Network. As the founder and owner of Alliance Employee Assistance Program, (EAP), he was the national director of EAP services for Dell and Sematech throughout the 1990s.

Mr. LeFave is a frequent presenter at workshops and international conferences where he trains counselors and human resource professionals on using a competency-based model for coaching managerial skills in their organizations.
